Bring a Friend Week is coming! The week of July 7-11 our members will be able to bring a friend for a free week of CrossFit!

How it WOrks

From July 7–12, Mt. Tabor CrossFit is opening its doors for Bring a Friend Week! Current members can bring a friend to join them for a full week of free CrossFit classes. Whether they’re new to fitness or already crushing workouts, this is a perfect way to introduce them to the Mt. Tabor community, try something new, and maybe even find their new favorite workout routine. All fitness levels are welcome, and every workout is coach-led, fun, and scalable.
