Out of concern for the safety of our members /staff/ and our community we will be temporarily closing our doors. We know these are strange waters we are navigating and we are going to do our best to keep us all strong. We are so grateful to be able to continue to help our athletes remotely. We are still here for you!
Meet with a Coach
We are moms, dads, doctors, professors, students , nurses, ex-athletes, and all of the in between. We range from our 20s to our 60s. We are a community of individuals who are driven in our like minded pursuit of long term health and improved fitness. Our awesome community is here not just to support each other inside the gym but outside the gym. We are here to encourage each other to reach past our self imposed limits mentally and physically to reach our goals regardless of age or occupation.

Open Gym:ON HOLD
Online Coaching: We are excited to offer remote coaching delivered through True Coach. Your coach will be in contact with you weekly via Zoom, text or email based on your level of membership to deliver an outstanding workout fully guided to help athletes reach their goals!
Your coach will custom tailor your WOD's loaded into Tru Coach for for you based on your goals and your available equipment/space. They will include movement specific warm up, mobility exercise, and cooldown.
$99 For 8 Online Sessions Monthly. This will include personalized coach support: Optional weekly Zoom meetings as well as text/email support/access to our tracking software.
$175 For 13 Online Sessions Monthly. This will include personalized coach support: Optional weekly Zoom meetings as welll as text/email support/access to our tracking software
$250 For 20 Online Sessions Monthly. This option includes coach support:Optional weekly Zoom meetings as well as text/email /access to our tracking software.
$500 For 2 Live Online Classes Weekly. Athlete will be able to WOD live with a coach 2x a week for 1 hour.
We offer privately structured classes for athletes who are interested in private training. Perhaps you have a sports specific goal, need more accountablility , or just enjoy one on one coaching.

I love Mt. Tabor Crossfit! I grew up doing gymnastics and then spent 25 years working out at various "big box" gyms. My husband started at MTCF four years ago and convinced me to try it out after a couple months. Not only are the workouts more challenging than anything else I've done, I also get personal coaching and encouragement from other members!
The coaches are well-qualified and take their time to explain the various movements and suggest modifications...there's no such thing as "I can't do it," they will find a movement that YOU can do! I'm now in better physical shape at age 50 than I was at age 30. Since many of the members have also become my friends, it's easy to work out regularly because it's fun to go hang out with your friends! From former athletes to people who have never worked out before, everyone is welcome and that's what I love about Mt. Tabor Crossfit.
In 2014, I joined Mount Tabor Crossfit (MTCF). I was searching for a new box, one that was more convenient as I recently changed jobs. My search led me through several boxes, none radiating the warmth in community and training combo I desired. MTCF met all my criteria; a box that promoted achieving personal goals while maintaining a community of camaraderie. The moment I walked in the doors of MTCF, I was greeted by a warm, big smile of Coach and Owner Alex. She immediately made me feel at home.
MTCF has been a constant part of my fitness for the last five years. The coaches are mindful in designing workouts and applying scaled exercises for different ages, body types, and skill levels. It has been very important to me that coaching focus on the fitness abilities of the individual and doesn't lump everyone into a single skill level. MTCF continues to challenges me in the exercises I excel at and those that I'm dreadfully poor. The MTCF programming has totally removed the monotony of daily fitness for me.
The community of MTCF is second to none. There is something very engaging and fulfilling when the folks beside you, through the blood, sweet and tears, become your friends.
