About the Program
Calling all folks aged 55 and older! Think a sore back, bad knees and deteriorating muscle tone is just a natural part of aging? The evidence is overwhelming: movement is medicine! You will lose muscles IF YOU DO NOT USE THEM!
Here at Mt. Tabor CrossFit, we are passionate about physical fitness for EVERY BODY! As we age, stepping into something new gets scarier…we’ve got you! Our gym is a safe space for all levels of fitness, we want to support you no matter where you are! Menopause? Old sports injury? Too much time spent couch surfing? Let us get you up and moving in a way that will support an independent lifestyle well into your senior years.

Led by our own Coach Chris (herself aging into her senior years!), a lifelong gym enthusiast, former competitive gymnast, and a CrossFit Level 2 instructor, you will experience small classes with lots of individual coaching and more fun with exercise than you thought possible!
