Intro to CrossFit

Your first step into the world of functional fitness! This program is specially designed for those new to CrossFit, offering a comprehensive introduction to the fundamental techniques, movements, and philosophy behind this dynamic fitness discipline.

New to CrossFit? Start With Our On-Ramp

We offer an individually tailored 4 Week On-Ramp for our new athletes. Each new athlete will have a series of sessions with one of our highly trained coaches to learn the “Foundations” of CrossFit. Once the personally programmed classes have been completed, our new athlete will have unlimited access to our programs for the remainder of their 4 Week On-Ramp.

Fundamental Skills

Learn the basics of CrossFit, including core movements like squats, presses, and lifts, ensuring you start off with the right techniques.

Our experienced coaches will guide you through workouts that are scaled to your current fitness level, ensuring a safe and effective experience.
